What if a children's book is intended for grown ups? Well then, then What if? is the book we are discussing.
Jeremy Shuttle is one of the most likable characters I have come across in ages. This boy is still a boy. Not a vamped up hyper super man in a boy's body. The same goes for his best friend and almost girlfriend who is also still only a young girl. Certain parts of this book is written so exceptionally well that I was blown away by the true human insight that has been so vividly retold to us the readers.
I must say if I could recommend a book to a younger YA this would be it. If I could recommend it to older YA for the moral of the story, I would. If I could recommend it to others it would be all adults since the subject matter is truly deep and ingenious and depending on your age and life experience I believe this book has something to offer every body.
So hey, stop reading this review and get your copy today. Trust me, you will thank me.
The author although I have reason to believe this is not a recent photograph...dont ask.
